Personal history
Jocelyn was brought up in Newbridge in Gwent and has a partner and three children. She was educated at Newbridge Grammar School and Gwent Tertiary College before studying law at Oxford University’s Harris-Manchester College.
Political history
In the Third Assembly Jocelyn was Plaid Cymru’s Deputy Minister for Housing and Regeneration.
Her political interests include constitutional affairs, special educational needs and housing.
